​WORKPLACE TRAINING 

Work has the potential to add so much to people’s lives and should be a space where people feel safe, included and valued. We provide workshops and training that build inclusive and fulfilling workplaces which centre employee wellbeing and team cohesion.

Our experience tackling knotty issues such as power, privilege, gender and equity means we are excellently placed to bring people in to these conversations with real enthusiasm and without judgement.

Our workshops encourage people to recognise and challenge bias and prejudice (within themself and others) while thinking critically about where in society these attitudes originate. As well as this having the power to improve societies and institutions by shifting perspectives and expanding knowledge of other identities, it also has the potential to validate the experience of those who may have been subjected to profiling and discrimination in various domains.


​Creating inclusive spaces

Everyone deserves to feel included and valued at work. By creating inclusive spaces we allow people to bring their full selves to work and help teams thrive.


​Intersectionality at work

Intersections of a person's identity (eg. race, gender, class, ability) impact the way they experience the world. Understanding intersectionality puts us on the path to stronger team cohesion.


​Sexual harassment prevention

Everyone has the right to be safe at work. By examining the attitudes and behaviours that lead to sexual harassment and violence we can talk candidly about its impact and its prevention.
