Candid Book Club is a friendly and informal virtual book club hosted by The Candid Collective's wonderful facilitators, among them are sex educators, medical professionals and academics. We discuss books about sex, bodies and relationships with the hope of creating open conversation and deepening understanding. Hosted by an expert in their field, there will plenty of time for questions, contributions and general discussion,

How Candid Book Club works
- Reserve your spot at the book club via the button above (giving a donation if you can)
- Keep your Eventbrite confirmation email
- Borrow or order and read the book! As you read, jot down your thoughts and questions: think about what you liked, didn't like so much and why
- A few days before book club you will received an email from The Candid Collective with information about how to join the virtue book club via Zoom (online conference call service)

Peer Learning Sessions: Pleasure

These peer learning session are specifically for men who have sex with women and people with vulvas and who would like to learn more about women's sexual pleasure. Although very flexible to your needs and questions, these sessions will focus on understanding pleasure, open communication and thinking about sex differently. The sessions can also cover practical points about the body like the clitoris, the G Spot and lots of sexy science.
Disclaimer: Peer learning is not therapy. Becky can offer support and advice based on research and her sound knowledge of women’s sexual pleasure but she is not a therapist. Sessions will be respectful and judgement-free and she will honest if anything is beyond her remit.
£25 - 30 mins (video or phone call) / £45 - 60 mins (video or phone call) / £18 - WhatsApp convo (30 mins). Payment will needed in full once the session is booked in and before the session starts.

This online workshop will look at how to maintain relationships during social distancing by employing intentional balance and developing communication with those you live with. Whether you are living with a partners, friends, family or housemates, social distancing and self-isolation are likely to be putting a strain on your relationships.
Gayathiri Kamalakanthan (relationship and sex educator) will talk through some of the likely hurdles and suggest ways by which intentional balancing and self-care will help. This will be an intimate and interactive workshop where you will come up with self-care and balancing routines which are specific to you and your living situation.
